LOST Finale :(

I was gonna blog about this a while back, but just hadn't gotten around to doing so. Well, I am one of those people who is obsessed with the ABC drama LOST (although, as of recently my dedication to the show has been dwindling :( sad to say). The show has just gotten more and more confusing, and with its lack of tying up loose ends and leaving its viewers hanging ALL THE TIME! I've gotten to loose some interest. But I decided that I would pack up my judgements and try to enjoy the 2 hr season finale. Me and a couple of friends have created a small LOST gathering, we enjoy spending time with each other and watching LOST every Wednesday night... well, it beats watching the confusion alone :P So, for the finale I decided to bake some cookies, but not just any cookies... LOST Fish Cookies! I was inspired by kung foodie's lost fish biscuit and decided to try my hand at baking them. Although my cookies turned out more pink than red they still tasted good, and "the gathering" had a good laugh over the novelty treats.

Note to self: Invest in some good quality gel food coloring (I only have the liquid stuff O_O) Ohhh... and go to Henlong to buy some essence of strawberry paste (add to my collection of pandan & durian)
