Father's Day

Father's Day: I've always been a Daddy's girl, and I love my old man to bits. This Father's day I decided to make him a super soufflé omelette (filled with onions, peppers, mushrooms and cheddar cheese); carrot muffins; country-fried potato hashbrown (recipe from cutco.com ); breakfast sausages; toast and strong coffee (just the way my pops likes it).

After all the hard work that parents go through for the family, it's nice to show them that they are appreciated. It doesn't have to be food... it could be just a simple smile or better yet a great big hug. Just let them know that you care :)
