Pancakes

I must be going pancake crazy. First the cherry pancakes, now this! And what is "this" you may be asking yourself... well they are nothing but the best pancakes ever created. All you need to know is that they're delicious. Okay, okay... I decided to use up the leftover pandan essence from my banana roll recipe and add it to my buttermilk pancake mix. The result, light and fluffy silver dollar pandan pancakes. They were almost to cute to eat. But I guess I was really hungry, so I just gobbled them down. Not by myself though, I had help from my sisters.
