When one goes to an all-you-can-eat buffet, which will cost roughly $10, it's not all you can eat. Here's why... you feel obligated to eat (at least) $10's worth of food, or else you feel that you have not gotten your moneys worth. So technically, it's an eat-at-least-$10s-worth-(even-if-it's-more-than-all-you-can-eat) buffet. This causes the individual who has eaten about $10's worth of food to feel groggy and just plain weird. Seriously, have you ever been to the bathroom of an all-you-can-eat buffet? It's not pretty :/

I mean you keep hearing the phrases "money doesn't grow on trees" and "nothing in life is free" so when you are presented with a situation that provides free food with supposedly no consequences, you again feel obligated to eat. But in contrast to Exhibit A it is not to get your money's worth; rather it is in order to get what satisfaction you can from life (because, again if your like me, life has dealt you a pretty crappy hand).
Solution: The solution to both Exhibits A and B is to present decent food, at a moderate price. That way individuals will not go overboard in regards to their eating habits. The problem is that

I have just returned from the world's worst dilemma, the free all-you-can eat buffet!!! What was I to do? I had to sample (okay... endulge myself) the variety of foods that were there. Wow, I think it's safe to say that I am not going to be doing that again... no way, it's totally bad for my health... not to mention my stomach.
