When cooking, I often find myself at a loss for time, scrambling to get the ingredients in the pan before the oil burns over etc. :P You don't want to be in the kitchen with me when I'm cooking... But pizza is super easy, almost like baking. Just throw the toppings on and pop the thing in the oven and voila!<br /><br />Palidor, the crust was actually perfect! Not yeasty at all. How did it taste...The crust looks nice and fluffy. How did it taste? Did it have a strong yeast flavor? That's always my concern about homemade pizza dough.
